I have 10+ years of experience training strength, mobility, and flexibility across various disciplines, weight training, CrossFit, yoga, and most importantly, calisthenics. After exploring countless fitness methods, I've found that mastering your own bodyweight not only builds strength but also enhances mobility, balance, coordination, and body awareness. Calisthenics has motivated me to eat cleaner, prioritize recovery, and avoid injury, while continually challenging my limits.
I created THENXLAB to make calisthenics accessible for everyone, from beginners starting their journey to athletes pushing their limits. My goal is to build a community that moves better, feels stronger, and embraces real, functional strength. Let's get stronger together!
